You must demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success by submitting all the course work (e.g. worksheets, assignments, checklists, etc.) for the program you are requesting a cancellation/refund for within 30 days of date of purchase. Coaching

All coaching sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase. There are no refunds on unused sessions or coaching time.
